Nkechi is the CEO and Founder of Totalworth Consulting Ltd, a leadership and DEI consulting firm. Totalworth Consulting provides a comprehensive suite of services, including tailored diversity consulting, strategic planning, organizational assessments, and training programs designed to support and implement effective DEI action plans in the workplace. As CEO, Nkechi partners with organizations to address their people and culture challenges, developing customized strategies and scalable solutions that foster transparent, inclusive, and high-performing work environments.

In addition to her work at Totalworth, Nkechi serves as a Board Advisor for the Women in Leadership program at the University of Tennessee Knoxville. She is also a doctoral candidate in Management at the University of Phoenix, where her research focuses on organizational leadership and Workplace diversity. Nkechi has received professional training in executive development programs at both Harvard University and the University of Oxford, further enhancing her expertise in leadership and organizational development.
